I have arthritis iny feet and work on a pool deck as a swim instructor and lifeguard. Without the arch support of these slides, I would've had to give upy work. Nowy feet are better than ever! To hear are my 2nd pair.y right foot is larger than my left and I usually take a 7.5 so I sized up (8) on the 1st pair which was great as I can just slide and go. My 2nd pair (this one), I tried the 7's and they are good too. I have to take a second longer to slide my foot in, but they are more form fitting and just as comfortable.
