Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.
We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.
For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.
The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

Love these slides…I have flat arthritic feet so because of the arch support I can and do wear these all year round…they are extremely comfortable I now have 4 pairs of the slides and 2 of the flip flops….customer support is very prompt, and delivery was pretty quick…thank you Archie’s.
