Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

3-4 pairs = $14.00

5+ pairs = $18.00

Comfortable

Love my new Archie’s! They are so cute and very comfortable on my feet! I had foot surgery on the bottom of my right foot, and have a scar that makes it hard to find shoes….especially flip flops. My Archie’s are so comfy, and don’t bother my scar at all!

Found them a little tight to start, but now they are extremely comfortable!! Pulled on the straps very, very gently and now they are great!
