Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

Super comfy

Archies support thongs are THE BEST. They are so comfortable & they come in a great range of colours. That said, I've LOVE a red pair AND a dark purple pair please.

I’ve lost count…

I love my Archies and have put hundreds of miles on previous pairs that I have worn out. I waited too long to replace the last pair and am ecstatic to walk comfortably again. Thank you for a fantastic product!
