How much is postage and how long will it take?

Our prices are based off the Canada Post rates per region you are based in. 

For orders of two or more pairs STANDARD  POSTAGE IS FREE.

Standard Shipping | Canada Post (Expedited Parcel) -Tracked 2-8 days.

Express Shipping | Canada Post (Xpresspost) - 1-2 days.

How long should it take to receive my order?

We fulfill our orders from Montreal. 

If your order is received before 12pm, then it will be picked on the same day. However, in some cases when we are extremely busy (sale periods etc), please allow up to 2 days from when your order is placed before it is dispatched.

How do I track the shipping status of my parcel?

You will receive an automatic dispatch notification email to the email address that you used to place the order.

Using this email, if you click on the tracking number within this email, you will be able to track the status of the delivery of your parcel to your nominated delivery address.  

Do you have an express post service?

Yes. Express post can be selected as the preferred shipping method at checkout.
