Arrange an Exchange, Refund or Warranty

Exchanges:

New Condition - We offer 100% free exchanges for flip flops in new condition with tags still intact within 30 days.*

Worn Condition - You can exchange a worn pair of flip flops within 30-days of delivery for size and color. However, you will be required to pay the postage to send the worn pair back to us.

*Please note - If you’ve purchased from a retailer, you can exchange your pair of flip flops for size and colour if you have proof of purchase and it’s within 30 days of purchase. Irrespective of the condition, you will be required to pay the postage cost to send your flip flops back to us. 

Refunds:

New and Worn Condition - For all refunds (both new and worn condition), you will be required to pay the postage cost to send the flip flops back to us. Please see Return Methods and Postage Cost below.*

Exchanges:

New Condition - We offer 100% free exchanges within 30 days of delivery for flip flops in new condition with tags intact.*

Worn Condition - You can exchange a worn pair of flip flops within 30-days of delivery for size and color. However, you will be required to pay the postage to send the worn pair back to us.

Keep in mind we offer 100% free exchanges for flip flops in new condition. If your flip flops are uncomfortable or you're unsure of the size, please contact us and we can check the fit for you and exchange them if needed.

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the package. You will receive a refund notification email that this has been processed, however, the time to receive your refund will vary and can sometimes take from 7-30 days depending on your financial institution.

We are so confident that you will LOVE your Archies Flip Flops that we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee.

That is, you can wear and test our flip flops for up to 30 days and if you are not 100% satisfied with them, you can send them back for a refund. You just need to pay for the postage to send them back to us.

All Archies Flip flops purchased from our online store or from our authorized retailers are covered by a 6-month Warranty against manufacturing faults.

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is faulty or if you believe that your footwear has developed a fault while wearing them, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to sort this out for you ASAP!

Archies Footwear reserves the right to reject any returns or warranty claims that we believe have not occurred due to fair/normal use or in instances outside of the above terms and conditions.

If a warranty claim is rejected, the return postage of the original pair is at the customer's expense.

Refunds and Worn Exchanges

If Archies Flip Flops are not for you, you can send them back for a refund or a worn exchange.

The request needs to be received within 30 days of delivery. You will be required to pay for the postage cost to send them back to us. 

Postage Cost 

* Please note- The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full tracking door to door. 

Number of pairs being returned:

1-2 pairs = $8.50

3-4 pairs = $13.50

5-6 pairs $17.50 

Please note: Archies Footwear accepts no liability for parcels that go missing if our return label has not been used.

- Purchases not made from our online store need to be returned to the place of purchase.
